Q: When I visited yesterday there was a stamp that I really liked, but now it isn't here - why is that?/I want to buy 6 of this item, but your site will only allow me to put 4 in my cart - what am I doing wrong?

A: Our site uses real-time stock levels which allows customers to see exactly what is available. If a product is no longer showing, then unfortunately that item is currently out of stock. You might like to contact sales@craftcavern.co.uk to enquire about when we expect new stock of this item to arrive. If the site will only let you add a certain quantity of a product to your cart, then that is the maximum number that we currently have in stock.



Q: I live outside of the UK - can I still order from you?

A: Yes you can, but the postage will be charged at the rate to your destination country minus our basic £1.95 postage, and we are unable to offer a free delivery option (eg, if it would normally cost £4 to send the parcel to your country, the postage for your order would be £2.05).

If you would like to place an order from outside of the UK, please submit it as "Cheque/Postal Order" payment at the checkout stage, and we will weigh the items and let you know how much the postage will be. You can then either pay by Paypal, or a cheque drawn on a UK bank account.


Q: Are you able to make me a stamp if I supply the design?

A: Unfortunately we don't manufacture our own products or cater for custom designs.



Q: It\'s been over 24 hours and my order hasn't arrived - where is it?

A: We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours Mon-Fri, so if you place an order on Tuesday afternoon, we aim to have it despatched by Wednesday afternoon. You will still need to allow time for the postal service to deliver your parcel, which will take a couple of days.



Q: Could you please send me a copy of your printed catalogue?

A: We are an Internet-only retailer and do not offer a printed catalogue. We are constantly adding new product ranges, which would rapidly make any printed material out of date.



Q: I have received an incorrect product. / I have received a faulty or damaged product.

A: Please e-mail us straight away and we will resolve the situation as quickly as we can.



Q: Do I need to have a Paypal account to pay with my credit/debit card?

A: You do not need a Paypal account in order to pay with a credit or debit card (although it does save time!). If you select Paypal as the payment method and go through the checkout process, once you are connected to the Paypal site to make the payment there is an option to pay without registering.
