Ordering Information:
Placing an order at Craft Cavern is easy. Simply browse our product selection using the menu on the left, and navigate through the categories to find the products you require. When viewing a category, you can add products to your shopping cart using the 'Buy Now' button, or you can click on the product to see more information.
Your shopping cart can always be found on the right of the page. To view the contents of your shopping cart, click on the 'View Cart' text in the shopping cart box. You can alter the order quantity of a product here, or remove an item completely if you've changed your mind.
When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart and wish to go to the checkout, click the 'Checkout' button in the top-right of the screen.
To complete your order, you will need to enter your delivery address and then choose a payment method.
All orders are despatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. You will also receive an e-mail confirmation detailing the items you have ordered, so that you can be sure we have recieved your order successfully.
Should you have any trouble with the ordering process, you can always contact us at via the e-mail addresses or postal address in the 'Contact Us' section.
Payment Methods:
Credit/Debit Card/Paypal
These are our preferred payment methods, and orders placed this way will be despatched within 24 hours. We accept all major credit and debit cards securely through Paypal. Paypal is a world-renowned (and FREE!) Internet payment solution, allowing users to quickly and easily make payments online. Using Paypal also means your credit card details are never stored on our system, so your information is always kept safe for total peace of mind. Plus you'll be covered by the Paypal buyer protection.
You do not need a Paypal account to make a payment through Paypal. Once our checkout connects you to the Paypal site, you have the option of either creating a Paypal account, or making a one-off secure transaction.
To pay with Paypal, select 'Paypal' as the payment method during the checkout process. Once you have confirmed your order you will be automatically connected to the Paypal payment screen to complete your payment.
Cheque or Postal Order
If you wish to pay by cheque or postal order, select 'Cheque/Postal Order' as the payment method during the checkout process. This will allow you to submit your order without having to give your payment details. Once you have successfully placed your order, you will need to send the cheque or postal order, made payable to 'N Pauling', to Craft Cavern, 11 Horton Road, Middleton Cheney, Banbury, OX17 2LE. Your order will be despatched within 24 hours of receiving payment. To allow you sufficient time to post your payment, we will keep your goods reserved for 14 days. After this period, if we have not received payment your order will automatically be cancelled.
If you prefer, you may instead write your order down on paper and send it with a cheque or postal order to the same address. If you do this, please be sure to write down the item names exactly as they appear on the screen, including the part number, so that we can ensure your order is picked correctly. Please also include a telephone number where we can contact you if we need to clarify anything on your order.

All prices include VAT at the UK rate of 17.5%.
